Financial Director Yat Fei Au, CPA, brings to Viking Investments his extensive audit and tax experience from his previous work in the United States. Mr. Au began his career in public accounting in Los Angeles, California, United States and continues his career in Shanghai, China. Prior to joining Viking Investments, Mr. Au worked as a Manager for an US CPA firm that specializes in international taxation for US individuals and companies that conducts businesses outside of the United States. He also advised foreign individuals on the income tax implications associated with working and living in the US. Mr. Au experience include tax projections, tax preparation for C Corporation, S Corporation, Limited Liability Company and individual returns. In addition to his tax work Mr. Au also has several years of public accounting and governmental auditing experience. He provided assurance and accounting services to a variety of public and private commercial, not-for-profit and governmental organizations. At Viking Investments, Mr. Au will work with the clients in restructuring and converting their financial statements into US GAAP qualified standard, providing all-around financial advisory services to our client both in anticipation of the prior and post audit listing in the United States. Mr. Au graduated with honors in Economics and Accounting from the University of California in Irvine, United States.
