Managing Director Mr. Srivastav, a native of India, brings more than 25 years of financial diversified experience from privately held and publicly traded companies to his position as the Managing Director of Viking Investments' New Delhi office. Prior to becoming the Managing Director of Viking Investments, Mr. Srivastav worked with our firm and other investment banking firms as a sole proprietor on cross-continental transactions between Asia and North America since 2005. In 1995, Mr. Srivastav created the second Internet Service Provider, which he successfully sold in 2005. Prior to his entrepreneurship, Mr. Srivastav was with McKesson Corporation where he held several senior positions until he left in 1995. McKesson Corporation is the 18th largest Fortune Global 500 company and the single largest health care company in the world, specializing in the distribution of health care systems, medical supplies and pharmaceutical products. After earning his MBA, Mr. Srivastav began his career with Price Waterhouse in New York City where he worked on several major assignments with large Money Center banks and Wall Street investment banks. As the Managing Director with Viking Investments, Mr. Srivastav will manage cross-border investment banking transactions and specialize in South East Asian companies seeking to become publicly listed in the United States through reverse mergers. Mr. Srivastav will also manage outbound Mergers & Acquisitions and other corporate finance transactions in India and elsewhere in Asia. Mr. Srivastav is a Chartered Accountant and obtained his MBA from Cornell University. He spends his time between New Delhi and New York. |
