Managing Director James Xin brings to Viking Investments his extensive experience from his previous work with Chinese public and private companies related to the Unites States financial markets. Prior to joining Viking Investments, Mr. Xin worked with several United States investment banks and has been instrumental in a number of Chinese clients going public in the United States through reverse mergers. Over the years, Mr. Xin has cultivated and built solid relationships with a number of growth-oriented and profitable Chinese companies that have the potential to access the United States financial market and ultimately become publicly listed through the reverse merger process in the United States. Before Mr. Xin focused on the reverse merger business, he was a founder of an IT company operating in the United States, Canada and China, including the successful creation of a web based B2B platform. This platform became the base for on-shore services for various customers. Mr. Xin was also a senior consultant and advisor with over 20 years of experience in banking, investments and financial services, more specifically in deploying IT based solutions to aid various independent firms achieve strategic and mission-critical business objectives. Mr. Xin has extensive experience with IT strategy, business activity monitoring, risk management, project management, outsourcing, business process management and trades processing. Mr. Xin also has held senior technical and management positions with major consulting companies, global financial firms, the government and other major well known companies. Mr. Xin obtained his Masters in Computer Science from New York University, Masters in Physics from Eastern Michigan University, and his B.A. degree from Shanghai JiaoTong University.
