Henry Hao

Mr. Hao Zhenyu has over 10 years of experience in the Chinese securities and investment industry. Before joining Viking Investments, Mr. Hao was the business executives senior account manager for the Bank of China. Mr. Hao was responsible for the main business area consumer credit and savings, including the arrangements for corporate deposits and loans, trade finance and the state-owned enterprises, small and medium enterprises in financial services, which provided experience in the rich potential of private enterprises providing financial services.

Mr. Hao took part in handling the Yangcheng Power Plant and administering the loan program of one of China's largest coal companies, Jincheng Mining. Mr. Hao has experience with the Blue Flame Group’s lending, acceptance discount and various intermediate business practices. Mr. Hao has been part of a team dealing in enterprise annuity fund sales and marketing. Mr. Hao was also part of a group in charge of institutional business in the chemical and coal industries, with customers such as Sinopec, Shanxi Coal Transportation, and Lanhua Coal.

Mr. Hao has had experience in the sales department, business accounting, account management, money exchange, joint capital and a variety of banking procedures such as clearing.

Mr. Hao is a full-time MBA of Shanghai University of Finance. Mr. Hao has a mid-level economist and securities business qualification certificates. Mr. Hao is a securities and financial industry veteran, familiar with commercial banks and investment securities-related businesses and has a deep understanding of commercial banks and securities investment policy including relevant laws and the regulatory environment. Mr. Hao has been involved with China's stock market for more than a decade and has a wealth of successful investment experience.
