Project General Manager Mr. He brings to Viking his comprehensive and professional knowledge that will benefit Viking’s clients seeking to be listed in the United States stock markets. Mr. He has extensive practical knowledge and experience in the field of corporate finance and private equity investments. Prior to joining Viking Investments, Mr. He worked in Get Investments, one of eleven wholly foreign owned Private Equity (PE) investment companies specifically approved by Shanghai Finance Office in its pilot program to attract foreign PE’s. While working as investment manager, Mr. He built connections with many financial institutions and law firms, performed financial and commercial analysis and due diligence to client companies in various industries，and assisted in the preparation and design of term sheets and fund-raise agreements. Meanwhile, Mr. He also participated in the set up and legal design of RMB fund. Prior to Get Investments, Mr. He worked as the internal accountant with Mandarin Travel in Australia, where he gained valuable insight in the financial analysis and risk control.
